Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), or Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR), is a process that acknowledges and validates skills, knowledge, and experiences gained through non-formal and informal learning. It allows individuals to have their prior learning recognized and potentially count towards formal qualifications, such as diplomas, or certifications.

It is a training that can only be recommended with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in the relevant occupation.
Emphasis is placed on developing the attitudes of the trainees.
Only a short training program is conducted.
NVQ – 3 - Factory Operation Training Program
Course Objective : Creating a skilled workforce that equipped with the best practices to be adopted in the cultivation of cinnamon in an effort to produce a quality harvest.
