Prof. Jayasiri Lankage   (CTA Managing Director Message)

Retired Academic, Pioneer in Skill development and Career Guidance activities, Senior Library and Information Science Professional who commenced job oriented Library Science Information Science courses in the Junior University College, Dehiwala and Vidyalankara Campus of the University of Ceylon, Librarian University of Kelaniya , Commonwealth Academic Fellow held many key positions in Sri Lanka Library Association. Organisation of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka (OPA), National Association for Total Education (NATE), Federation of Consumer Protection Societies of Sri Lanka.

After retirement from University service devotes time for the development of cinnamon industry. General Secretary of CCA, held the positions  of Treasurer, General Secretary and now an  Advisor of TSC, Shareholder and Managing Director and presently the Chairman of CTA

Authored two books on Ceylon Cinnamon ‘Glossary of Terms used in the Cinnamon Industry’ and ‘Lankave Kurundu /Ceylon Cinnamon’ and number of research articles on Ceylon cinnamon.
